You may only advertise one narrowboat per advert and may only place one advert per narrowboat. Do not list multiple narrowboats in a single advert, or advertise general services. NarrowboatShop.co.uk reserves the right to remove or ammend adverts for any reason at its sole discretion. All advertising materials, including photographs, submitted by the advertiser may not be reproduced from the NarrowboatShop.co.uk for use in any other medium without the written consent of NarrowboatShop.co.uk. NarrowboatShop.co.uk's accepts no liability for damages resulting from errors in any advert that it publishes or from its failure to publish any advert that it has agreed to publish. Liability shall be limited to the amount received in consideration for its agreement to publish the advertisement in question. The Advertiser accepts all liability for the content of all advertising he/she places for publication. Advertiser warrants to NarrowboatShop.co.uk that advertising copy is true, that it is not libelous or defamatory, that it violates no rights of privacy, that it infringes no trademark, and that it complies with all applicable national and international laws and regulations. The Advertiser agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless NarrowboatShop.co.uk from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, suits, costs, or expenses, arising by reason of the publication of the Advertiser's advertisement or breach of the foregoing warranty, whether such claims are well-grounded or not. NarrowboatShop.co.uk may at any time remove any or all materials from the system which in NarrowboatShop.co.uk's opinion are illegal or have been placed on the servers in breach of these terms and conditions. NarrowboatShop.co.uk may, from time to time, undertake necessary maintenance and modification of the service. Reasonable consideration will be given to ensure that this is done with the minimum of disruption. The Advertiser shall not upload to the NarrowboatShop.co.uk system any files that are virus infected, corrupted or in any file format not explicitly stated as approved for upload. NarrowboatShop.co.uk does not monitor or control and shall not be responsible for the content of any messages delivered to the Advertiser through the service. The Advertiser is directly responsible for the publication of telephone, email and other personal contact details. Options for witholding this information from public display are provided. The Advertiser agrees that the publication of this information is entirely at the Advertiser's discretion.
